eReception is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to enable patients to contact the practice. We would normally reply to you by text, e-mail, or telephone with a resolution to your enquiry. Weekend submissions will be dealt with Monday. Please note if we contact you by email, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Please note: eReception should only be used for routine enquiries – please do NOT use eReception for urgent matters. If your matter is urgent please speak to reception directly either by phone or in person at the surgery.

Please also be aware that if you want to book an appointment with a GP or a nurse, eReception is for ROUTINE appointments ONLY and these may be up to 5 weeks in advance.
