The NHS provides free healthcare for most people. However, General Practitioners are self-employed, and not all services we provide are covered by NHS funding.

Some work requested by patients or external organisations falls outside NHS provision. In these cases, a fee will be charged. You will be informed of any costs before any non-NHS work is carried out. We aim to complete all non-NHS requests within 28 days.

We also offer private medical examinations, which may be required by employers, insurance companies, or for visa and overseas travel applications. Please contact the Practice Manager for further information.
